"I started training with Adam in 2008 after a long time out of exercise following an Achilles tendon rupture.  I was overweight, had high blood pressure and lacked real confidence about whether my body could cope with exercise again.
Adam listened to my concerns and worked on improving my overall strength and body condition.  He has also helped me focus on nutrition.  As a result, I feel substantially more healthy with normal blood pressure, much greater strength and flexibility and I can see a real difference in body shape.

I appreciate the support Adam has given me as this has grown my confidence.  He really aims to work in partnership with his clients – he is friendly and supportive but equally he has pushed me to achieve more.  I really enjoy our training sessions and the bantar that now flows between us – especially over some of his more demanding exercise choices!
