Adam has trained me and my husband for over a year. The sessions are fun and varied. Our body fat has reduced vastly and we have both become toned and a lot stronger. I was recovering from a running injury and Adam adapted the work outs accordingly. I have now fully recovered from my injury and have built up my core strength. I would highly recommend Adam as a personal trainer. Ps if he mentions one legged burpees, run the other way!
