'I recently injured my shoulder whilst playing golf which led to limited movement and pain when reaching forward and overhead. I've since seen Adam and within a couple of sessions my shoulder is back to full function with no pain. The exercises which made the biggest difference for me were mobility exercises targeted at my shoulder blade and mid-back.
