Controlling blood sugar and increasing metabolism through good nutrition and the right type of regular exercise are the key components of achieving optimal health and body shape.  We need good fats as part of our everyday nutrition.  Omega 3 is an essential fatty acid and falls into this category.  Good sources include wild salmon, tuna, mackerel and sardines.
