Adam Preece Personal Training

With the right personal training everyone can achieve great results. And seeing that in action is what drives me. It’s great to see so many of my clients at the peak of their health and fitness.

Everyone I train has different needs and I’m passionate about coming up with a training plan that takes this into account.  Whether you want to become healthier, slimmer, stronger, feel more energetic, get over injuries, combat arthritis, control blood sugar levels or have the edge in your sports performance – I can help you achieve it.

I’ve studied with the leading bodies in the industry: Poliquin Performance, N.A.S.M(National Academy of Sports Medicine) and the C.H.E.K Institute and enjoy applying this knowledge to get the best results out of people no matter what their health and fitness background is and no matter what their goals are.

I have also taught College students attending full time Personal Trainer courses.

On a personal level, I’m a keen sportsman and have played rugby at club and county level
